The Annual Meeting of Members is held each year around the Fourth of July — election of directors, community business, and a lakeside picnic.
About the Meeting
The Annual Meeting of Members is the central event of the Association year. It is held on a weekend day shortly before or after the Fourth of July — timed to maximize participation while as many families as possible are at the lake.
The meeting covers required governance business: election of directors, financial reports, and any other matters before the membership. In practice it doubles as a community picnic, with neighbors from all corners of the lake coming together.
The Board of Directors also holds its required annual meeting on the same day, typically immediately before or after the Members' meeting.
Date, time, and agenda are distributed through the community email list ahead of each meeting. Make sure you're subscribed so you don't miss it.
