About TLWA
The Three Lakes Waterfront Association (TLWA) represents property owners and lake users across the Three Lakes–Eagle River chain of lakes in Oneida County, Wisconsin. The organization advocates for water quality, responsible recreation, and environmental protection across the region.
Historically, the official TLWA map omitted Lake Julia — partly because much of the lake lies in Forest County, and partly because Lake Julia's eastern extension made it difficult to scale for printed materials like T-shirts. Around 2021, the official TLWA map was amended to formally include Lake Julia.
